Description

We are looking for a client servicing manager who possesses both the experience and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing to drive the success of our clients’ campaigns.

Role : Full-Time

Place of Work : Remote

Payment Basis : Salary

Working Hours : 6 PM - 3 AM

What You'll Do:

Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact
Understand the client’s objectives and propose the right digital marketing strategy
Prepare reports and in-person client meetings
Work jointly with internal team to drive execution and campaign performance
Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry

What you should have:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing/advertising, arts or communications
You have 1 to 3 years experience in account management, customer/client success, marketing or project management
Great communication, presentation skills and client servicing skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proactive and a self-starter
