We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to work with us. The role is to support us in the day-to-day management of the Business, Social Media & Client-related activities.

Role : Full-Time

Place of Work : Remote

Payment Basis : Salary

Working Hours : 2 PM - 12 AM


  • Group Community Management + Organic Group Member Acquisition
  • Accepting/Declining group members
  • Finding and adding new FB & LinkedIn friends to grow the profile
  • Inviting new friends to the group to grow the group
  • Scheduling content and tagging group members in posts
  • Build Facebook friends list in accordance with target criteria
  • Track number of friends added per week
  • Market research including identifying and creating a list of ideal clients across Facebook groups & LinkedIn and adding them to our personal profiles
  • Allocate new friends into lists for tracking purposes (FB list & LinkedIn)


  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Native (or close) written & verbal English skills. Professional, casual vocabulary.
  • Familiarity with current technologies. Zoom, CRM, Hootsuite (or similar)
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Apps)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Facebook LinkedIn & Facebook Groups
  • Strong English/grammar - typing skills


  • Creative writing skills
  • Project management experience
